You are responsible for securing your login credentials
You will monitor the system for proper operation
You understand that software may contain bugs or errors

5. Data Handling

While reasonable efforts are made to protect data, you acknowledge that:

No system is completely secure or error-free
Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks
You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
Magnum Software Services is not liable for data breaches or unauthorized access

6. Service Availability

Magnum Software Services does not guarantee:

100% uptime or availability
Immediate bug fixes or issue resolution
Compatibility with all systems or browsers
Continued operation without modification or interruption

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magnum Software Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
